Retail Media
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
A measurable value that shows how well a campaign, channel, or business is progressing toward a defined objective.
Explanation
In retail media, KPIs fall into two groups. Media KPIs are attached to ad delivery, such as ROAS, CTR, sales uplift, and new-to-brand customers. Retail KPIs are the commerce and sales measures used alongside them, such as sales, share of shelf, and basket size. Agreeing on KPIs before a campaign starts makes results comparable across retail media networks.
