AI Ethics
The set of principles and practices concerned with developing and using artificial intelligence in a safe, fair, and accountable way.
Explanation
AI ethics addresses questions such as who is responsible for decisions an AI system makes, how to prevent bias and harm, and how to keep AI development aligned with human values. It has grown from an academic and policy discussion into a practical concern for any organization deploying AI, including marketers using generative tools, recommendation engines, or automated targeting. For marketing teams, misuse of customer data, biased personalization, or unchecked AI-generated content can create legal exposure and damage brand trust. Ethical review is now a normal part of AI adoption, not an afterthought.
